Service 01
A site you own, for the price of a service call
Agencies quote local trades $4,000–$15,000, and Wix/Squarespace rent you a site you never actually own. I build yours real — $200, $400, or $600 one-time — then hand you the keys.

You own everything the moment it goes live.
How is this $200 when everyone else quotes thousands?
Agencies bundle strategy decks, account managers, and overhead into a $4k–$15k price. I don't carry that. You get a clean, fast, credible site built for your trade — and because I build a real sample first, you see exactly what you're paying for before a dollar changes hands.
Wait — can I really pay whatever I want, even $0?
Yes. Slide it to $0 and the site is still yours to own. Most owners land around $200 because it's fair for the work, but there's no pressure and no trick. The free path just anchors to one done-for-you service (the $75 domain + Google hookup, or $45/mo care) so the site actually stays live.
Do I get locked into monthly fees like Wix or Squarespace?
No. Those platforms rent you the site — stop paying and it disappears, and you can't export it. This is a one-time build and you own the files outright. Care at $45/mo is optional, for hosting and changes so you never touch it — but it's your choice, not a trap.
Service 02
Your site keeps ringing. You never touch it.
Hosting, security, backups, updates, and small edits — handled, so a busted plugin never sends an emergency caller to your competitor. $45/mo for the site, or $100/mo to add a real human for your tech questions.
The real win
$45/mo · about $1.50/day · cancel anytime · IT-Lite adds a human for $100/mo
- Hosting + security + uptime + SSL kept valid — always on, problems fixed before you notice
- Daily backups + software/content updates done for you (so the next WordPress update can't take your site down)
- Small changes when you need them — new hours, a photo, a service swap, just text me
- Care + IT-Lite ($100/mo): everything in Care plus I answer your basic tech questions in plain English
- Cancel anytime, one click in your Stripe portal — no phone tree, no retention gauntlet

Always-on — problems get fixed before you notice.
Why pay monthly — can't I just leave the site alone?
Sites don't sit still. WordPress 6.9 (Dec 2025) broke three of the most popular plugins overnight, and plugin conflicts cause about 70% of the dreaded "white screen of death." Care quietly handles updates, backups, and security so the next one never knocks your phone-number page offline. Pro maintenance plans run $75-200/mo — Care is $45.
Isn't a $25 budget plan or DIY cheaper?
On paper, yes. In practice the hidden costs — emergency fixes, malware cleanup, and lost calls while you're down — usually erase the savings the first time something breaks. And a homeowner with a burst pipe won't wait for a broken site; they call the next guy. Care is the cheap insurance that keeps that from happening.
What does IT-Lite actually cover for $100?
Everything in Care, plus you can text me your basic tech questions and get fast, plain-language answers — a question, not a four-hour session. On-site work and deeper IT are quoted or referred separately. One avoided break-fix call (those run $75-300/hr) more than covers the month.

A real human for your tech questions
Care + IT-Lite is everything that keeps your site healthy, plus me on the other end of a text for the basic tech questions that stall your day — answered in plain English, in minutes.
$100/mo · about $3.30/day · cancel anytime · Care + a human
- Everything in the $45 Care plan — hosting, security, backups, updates, edits
- I answer your basic tech questions in plain English
- Fast help — a question, not a four-hour session
- On-site work billed SEPARATELY (never buried here). Deeper IT work referred or quoted.

What exactly is included for $100?
Everything in Care, plus you can text me your basic tech questions and get fast, plain-language answers. Anything needing an on-site visit is billed separately, and deeper IT work is referred or quoted.
Is it worth it over the $45 Care plan?
If you regularly hit small tech snags — a printer that won't connect, an email setting, a "is this safe to click?" — yes. One avoided break-fix call (those run $75-300/hr) more than covers the difference for the month.

See your ads ring the phone before you pay a dime.
I run your Google and Meta ads for a flat $100/mo — a fraction of the $500–$1,500 agencies charge — and you start with a free 2-week trial. You watch real, tracked calls come in first; only then does the charge ever begin.
Free 14-day trial, then $100/mo — cancel by day 14, charged $0
- Google + Meta ads built and managed for you — no guesswork, no dashboard to babysit
- Free 14-day trial: cancel before day 14 and you are charged $0
- ROI defined in writing up front — tracked calls, form-fills, and coupons, not a vague "positive ROI" promise
- Flat $100/mo management fee — most agencies charge $500-$1,500/mo or 10-20% of your spend
- Your ad budget stays yours: you set it, you see every dollar, it never touches my fee

Cancel before day 14 and you're charged nothing.
How does the free trial actually work?
I build and launch your campaign, then you get a full 14 days to watch real leads come in. The $100/mo only starts after the trial — and if the phone isn't ringing by day 14, you cancel and pay nothing. ROI is defined up front in tracked calls and form-fills, so "working" isn't my opinion, it's your call log.
Do I pay for the ad spend too, or is that included?
The $100/mo is only my management fee. The ad budget is your own money, set by you and paid straight to Google or Meta — I never mark it up or touch it. Most local trades do well starting around $500/mo in spend, but you decide the number and can change it anytime.
Why so cheap? What's the catch when agencies charge $500+?
No catch — agencies bundle account managers, sales teams, and offices into that fee. I'm one person who already built your site, so I run lean and pass the savings on. You get the same tracked-conversion setup and honest reporting, minus the 5x markup and the long contract. Cancel anytime, one click.
Service 05
Every missed call is a job your competitor just booked.
An AI front desk that answers every call 24/7, captures the lead, and books the appointment — so the phone you can't reach on a ladder still turns into work. $100/mo, and one saved job pays for it.
Never miss a job
$100/mo · about $3.30/day · cancel anytime
- Answers every call, 24/7 — nights, weekends, and while you're under a sink or on a roof
- Captures the lead and books the appointment instead of dumping callers to voicemail (where ~85% never call back)
- Sends an SMS follow-up after every call so the lead stays warm
- Sounds natural, not robotic — and it's trained on YOUR services, pricing, and service area
- Real emergencies (no heat, burst pipe, gas smell) transfer straight to a human.
Add the front desk →
1 saved job/mo covers it — ~85% of voicemail callers never call back.
Is it a robot that's going to annoy my customers?
No. Modern AI answering hits 90-95% accuracy on routine calls and sounds like a real assistant, not the old press-1 menus. It's trained on your pricing, your services, and your area — and the moment a call is a true emergency or needs a human, it transfers straight to you. Customers get a fast, human-feeling answer instead of a voicemail they'll abandon.
Is $100/mo really worth it for my small shop?
Home-service businesses miss roughly 27-62% of calls because crews are on the job, and each missed call is worth $275-$1,200+ in lost work. About 85% of those callers won't leave a voicemail — they just dial the next name on Google. One booked job a month covers the whole $100, and most months it catches several.
What if it can't handle a call — or I want to cancel?
AI won't get 100% of calls, so anything complex, emotional, or urgent transfers to a real person — you're never leaving a customer stuck with a bot. And there's no lock-in: cancel in one click from your Stripe portal, and I email a reminder before any charge.

Your domain + Google, hooked up and in your name — $75, done for you
I register and connect your custom domain, claim and optimize your Google Business Profile, and wire it all to your new site — so you show up when people search "near me" instead of fighting DNS records and verification codes yourself.
Get it live for me
$75 once
$75 once · done for you · à-la-carte $50 / $100 / $25
- $75 all-in: domain connect + Google Business Profile setup in one flat one-time fee
- Domain registered in YOUR name from day one — you own it, never me
- Google Business Profile claimed + optimized so you land in the local 3-pack
- Your site, your domain, and your Google listing all tied together and live
- Clean exit anytime — I hand you the auth code and files in ~5-7 days, no hostage games
Get it live →
You own it. Clean transfer out anytime in ~5-7 days.
Can't I just set up the domain and Google listing myself?
You can — and plenty of owners start to, then stall. DNS means TXT records, MX records, a "DNS only" gray-cloud toggle, and propagation that can take up to 48 hours; Google's 2026 verification is strict and cross-checks your info against the web. One wrong record quietly breaks your email or kills your ranking. The $75 buys you skipping all of it — I do it right once, you never touch it.
Do I really own the domain, or am I renting it from you?
You own it, full stop. It's registered in your name from day one — not mine, not the agency's. If you ever want to leave, I unlock it and hand you the auth (EPP) code plus your files, typically inside 5-7 days. No lock-in, no "pay to get your own name back."
Why does the Google Business Profile part even matter for a trade like mine?
Because for nearly half of all local searches, your Google listing IS your storefront — people see your rating, photos, and tap-to-call without ever opening your site, and the local 3-pack alone grabs about 44% of the clicks. A complete, optimized profile gets roughly 7x more clicks than a half-finished one, and customers are about 70% more likely to contact a business whose listing is fully filled out. That's exactly what the $25 GBP piece (folded into the $75) gets done.
